MAXCREAM separators are centrifugal separators configured as a concentrator(skimmer) for efficient, fast and hygienic separation of fat from milk. They can be adjusted to separate standard or high concentrations of cream in milk or to completely separate the fat from the whey.
MAXCREAM separators processes the milk gently with the least possible fat residues in the content of skimmed milk under ideal process conditions. When separating the cream from the milk, it allows you to adjust the cream concentration by means of counter pressure valves located at the phase outlets of the separator. MAXCREAM separators can achieve a wide range of cream concentration between 40% and 65% values. You can easily and precisely adjust the cream concentration using the MILKOTUNE standardization unit as well as the counter-pressure valves. Due to their high separation efficiency, they are effective in cleaning of contaminating solid particles as well as skimming. Thanks to its fast and effective discharge system, it provides solid discharge with minimum product content.
