DMV SERIES
DMV series is a decanter centrifuge: horizontal rotating bowl, 3-phase and 2-phase configuration, continuous discharging of sludge through scrolling conveyor, single drive type, and differential speed fixed by pulley.
DMV series has been designed by HAUS for olive oil extraction. The duty is to extract the free oil contained in the olive paste (first extraction) or in the olive pomace (second extraction). It can be configured to work either in the 3-phases or in the 2-phase processes. The drive configuration, simple and stable, makes it a competitive solution for the farmer needs.
Mono Drive Specification
While the main motor is controlled by a VFD to assist during all the operations, the speed of the scrolling conveyor is fixed by a simple pulley system, connected to a high torque gearbox without friction clutch.
DDV SERIES

DDV series has been designed by HAUS for olive oil extraction. The duty is to extract the free oil contained in the olive paste (first extraction) or in the olive pomace (second extraction). It can be configured to work either in the 2-phases or in the 3-phase processes. The extra-power available, make it particularly suitable for heavy duty processes.
Dual Drive Specification
A main motor moving the bowl , and a secondary motor moving the conveyor, both driven by Frequency Converter (VFD) and linked by a high torque gearbox without friction clutch.
