Ceramic Cascade Mini-Ring

A ceramic cascade ring (Cascade Mini-Ring) is a type of irregular attachment developed on the basis of Pall rings and Raschig rings. The ratio of the height and diameter of the packing is½, has a spikelike rounded edge. This increases the mechanical stability and destroys the symmetry of the prototype ring. Significantly increases the accumulation of volume of cavities. The nozzle has less resistance to steam, but a higher density of gas-liquid flow through the packing layers. There is a uniform separation of gas and liquid. Ceramic cascade ring has good mechanical and chemical resistance, excellent thermal stability, can withstand high and low temperatures, the impact of acids (except hydrofluoric), alkalis, salts and various organic solvents. It is very often used in dehydration, absorption, cooling, washing and regeneration columns in the petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical and gas industries.
