Super Intalox ceramic packing (Intalox Super Saddles) is a type of random packing that is a further development of the saddle ring, where the smooth surface of the saddle ring is changed to a serrated corrugated surface. Compared to a normal saddle ring, Super Intalox guarantees an increase in internal space when randomly packing in the column. Low pressure loss and high efficiency; Super Intalox has good mechanical and chemical resistance, excellent thermal stability, can withstand high and low temperatures, exposure to acids (except hydrofluoric acid), alkalis, salts and various organic solvents. It is very often used in dehydration, absorption, cooling, washing and regeneration columns in the petrochemical, chemical, metallurgical and gas industries.
