Swirl Droplet Separator

Swirl Droplet Separator

The fuel gas passes through the cyclone separator and creates a high speed of centrifugation. Under the influence of centrifugal force, drops and dust move towards the wall, displacing each other during the movement and condensing into large drops that fall on the surface of the inner wall of the cylinder. They cool sharply after contact with the wall, forming a uniform layer of liquid in order to remove moisture and dust. It is mainly used for cleaning equipment for gas and fuel, which is characterized by the release of a large amount of condensate and a large contact area. It is used for condensate that contains dirt, agglomerated particles and dust. When small droplets and particles operate at high speed, they always collide with each other. This collision forms accumulations of large particles. When the weight of such particles exceeds the earth's gravity, they fall.
