Diaphragm pumps are used in many areas of industry and economy: disinfecting water with sodium hypochlorite, water treatment at enterprises, industrial wastewater treatment, chemical water treatment for boiler equipment, dosage of acidic, alkaline solutions and chemical reagents.

Diaphragm pumps operate according to the following principle: the product is sucked into the working chamber of the pump head using reciprocating movements of the diaphragm (diaphragm). During injection, the product is displaced by the membrane by reverse movement into the discharge pipe, and then into the line on which the metering pump is installed.

Pump performance is controlled by the micrometer handle , which controls the stroke length of the piston. Performance adjustment can be made while the pump is running. The pump is driven by a vertically mounted motor. The gearbox operates on the principle of idling (the piston is returned using the return spring).
