Principle of operation of the metering pump:

Liquid is sucked into the working chamber of the pump head during the reciprocating movement of the membrane . During injection, the liquid is pushed by the membrane by reverse movement to the pressure line. The performance of the metering pump is controlled by a change in the frequency and volume of the pulses.

Materials used in the manufacture of pumps (PP, PVDF, PVC, AISI), resistant to most chemicals, allow you to dose the concentration of acid and alkali, complex organic and inorganic compounds.

Solenoid-type diaphragm metering pumps are used in many fields of industry and the national economy: water treatment, disinfection of water with sodium hypochlorite, purification of industrial effluents, chemical water treatment for boiler equipment, dosing of various liquids and chemical reagents.

The performance of the metering pumps can be adjusted by changing the length and stroke frequency. This allows you to achieve the most accurate metering pump even with constantly changing back pressure.
